"A awful landlord. They wont come fix anything that's wrong with the apartment. If you go to them about a issue they will not fix it. They blammed us for a flea issue when we had NO animals. I do NOT recommend them at all."
"beeler is one of the most racist and heartless property owners we've met..he sues people the month their rent is due and we basically felt robbed. we paid over $2000 in 2 months because he told us there were past due months of rent and we knew nothing about this because the month prior he told us we were all up to date with our rent . we get paid bi weekly so we weren't able to pay our rent on the 1st because our checks come on the 14th...he put a 3 day notice on our door on the 13th. we go to give him our money and he tells us he won't take it and that theres nothing he could do about it because its late. now he is suing us for a month we were still in at the time basically got sued for Decembers rent while it was still December we had the money and all. i just feel like if he was just going to sue me after i gave over $1400 for something we knew NOTHING about he should have just let me keep my money..like seriously i give you all this money an like 2 to 3 weeks later i come trying to pay again and you won't take it. I feel robbed and i say he is racist because every black person that has moved in this building got evicted with a 3 day notice and his property has bed bugs and roaches. there is water damage in the ceilings and surrounded by dope heads..this was the worst apartment complex I've ever lived in. i would not recommend ANYBODY to set themselves up in that trap"
