"Nice and quiet"
"Robert Miller owns these and owns multiples. He makes you drive rent to this location & drop off, there is no option to mail in! Immediately when you walk in the hallways smell like mold and trash is scattered throughout! Always people in the parking lot hanging out. When you come to pay rent during "business hours" theres a line of people paying cash, whole situation seems weird. Mr. Miller is BEYOND rude and disrespectful. Don't ask him to repair ANYTHING because the man will threaten you with raising rent or "you can just move." Rent increases happen WITHOUT 30 days notice but if you'd like to move you need to give 30 days. Rules don't apply the same for everyone! Save yourself the trouble and run."

"Full of roaches and management don’t take care of the environment. I lived in this facility for more than 5years and l couldn’t wait to leave. Everything is old and tenant have to pay for repairs. Mr Robert at times is very mean to the tenants. He threatens to add your rents if you complained."
