"I moved in a while ago and it's been great living here, Hamilton is really growing ,with new restaurants popping up everywhere! Amy Imundo, the Marcum manager was great to work with,very professional, answered all my questions and does an Incredible job of making sure you feel at home and enjoy your new place.The small minor issues I've had she took care promptly..great !! Fred the maintenance supervisor, was very helpful and friendly. Great place to live !!"
"After 4 weeks I can say I love living at the Marcum. Well built, quality units located in an ideal setting with a park, and restaurants/bars/breweries and storefronts. Amy the manager is superb to work with as you plan your move and identify availability. She is so friendly, kind and helpful. Fred who oversees maintenance goes above and beyond for all of the residence and taking care of the building. Any question or issues that I have incurred resulted in timely communication and my questions answered. I highly recommend the Marcum apartments."
"We absolutely LOVE our new Apartment!! Very NICE! Worth the extra $$. Neighbors are very nice and quite. Granite countertops in kitchen and both bathrooms. Very spacious! Looking forward to this spring and summer and being downtown. Also the staff at The Marcum...Amy, Dezzie and Robert....go ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR TENANTS. VERY IMPRESSED!"
