"Pricing is fair for what you get. Some parts of townhouse have issues but nothing overly bad. Just small issues. I have only been here for 5 months. I never saw rodents at all, no roaches just typical small ants and nats (flies) Might consider getting a 3 bedroom instead of the 2 I have for next year as I require more storage space."

I had an apartment that "wasn't updated" and it was perfectly fine. --The only time I had any maintenance issues (only two minor instances) they were fixed within the next day. --The only reason I left was because I bought a house, but if not I would have definitely renewed my lease. --The leasing agents and workers were great and quick to respond to any of my questions. --I never had any issues with my neighbors. --I tell everyone who is looking for a place about The Woods of Centerville."

"I loved it here! It was a great first apartment and never had any issues getting things fixed. Maintenance guys were super nice and always responded to requests/fixed any problem the same day. Always felt safe walking my dog around. Office ladies were nice and did a great job."

"Rodents, bugs, rude management and maintenance, broken down apartments. They glitz the landscaping up to distract from all the red flags. The apartments are in poor condition, especially for the price. They do the bare minimum in terms of maintenance -- maintenance people have even said so. Everyone seems to hate their jobs and Kayde runs the place like a tyrant. She's rude to residents and staff and unprofessional. They claim to clean and inspect apartments before you move in, but they only make sure it looks nice on the surface. Electrical switches and outlets don't work, plumbing is slapped together, and a lot of apartments have water damage -- like mine did. If you do have an issue, scheduling is a nightmare and none of the staff seem to communicate or work well together. They will lie and make excuses so that a quick fix ends up taking multiple appointments and weeks at a time. Some of the maintenance people do not even know how to fix the jobs and get frustrated easily. All of the apartments have a bad smoke smell and if you mention it, management shrugs. Thank God I'm free of that place."
