"We sold our house in one day and had no where to go. The Redwood Centerville was the perfect fit for our needs. What truly made the experience of moving into an apartment an easy one was the professionalism of the staff at Redwood Centerville. Elena was beyond helpful. She was fantastic. She was responsive and most of all personable. The neighbors were great but the staff was awesome!"

"I would not recommend Redwood or Redwood Centerville. My wife and I moved there in September 2019. Everything was well-maintained and nice. However, in the past two years, the quality of the homes, tenants and property have drastically declined. Now, the grass is only mowed every two to three weeks, making it sometimes knee-high; the ponds are no longer cleaned creating a haven for geese and their feces on the yards and concrete; maintenance requests take multiple tries to get handled; and the office staff is next to impossible to contact, oftentimes requiring multiple phone calls and emails to get in touch with them. Redwood also charges an astronomical amount to break your lease early. We lived there for two years and broke our second lease two months early, resulting in a $2,400 fine. They also want to nickel and dime you for every little thing - even after your walk through. More than likely, you will be stuck paying to replace everything before you close your account, as they pin you with items that are subject to normal wear and tear. Unless you're planning on living at Redwood for a very long time, and don't mind high grass and weeds, geese, geese feces, and poor customer service - do not move here! It has gone downhill with four property managers in the past two years. There are plenty of other nice apartments nearby and within a few miles of this property."

"If I could give this zero stars, I would. I will be completely honest with this review. My husband and I were so excited to move into Redwood. We loved it the first year. The second year, things started to go downhill. Our biggest complaint was the landscaping. Our front garden was neglected. We would have to trim and pull weeds ourselves. The grass would go several weeks without being mowed. At times, the grass would be taller than our ankles and weeds would surpass your knee. It looked horrible. The move out process was horrible! I reached out to the property manager for a move out check list to ensure we were leaving the property immaculate and would not be charged any fees. They could not provide us with one. We had to break our lease two months early because we built a home and the builders finished it earlier than expected. In addition to our $1,650 monthly rent, we had to pay another month and a half's worth of rent to break the lease. They were able to lease our apartment to someone else in less than a week. Also, nowhere in the initial contract did it explain their policy when breaking a lease... something we didn't ask about because we had no initial plans to break it, but of course, it happens, and they will not work with you! When you move out, you have to do a walkthrough with maintenance. They use a UV light on your carpet. If they find ANY stain, they will charge you to replace the carpet. There were no stains in our master bedroom, but there was one stain in the guest bedroom. We explained there was no way it was our dog because we had a bed in that spot, and she can't fit under the bed. Once we got our final bill, they charged us for both the master and the guest bedroom. If we had known about the UV light policy, we would have asked them before we moved in to prove we were moving into an apartment with zero stains. Know this before you move in! Also, I was considered a "preferred employer' and received a $50 monthly discount. Great! Well since we broke our lease early, we now have to pay all of this back which totals about $400 for us. We were great tenants. Never late on rent. Left our apartment nicer than we received it... this place will nickel and dime you! I wanted to share our experience before anyone else signs with this place!"

"We moved in a couple of months ago and our experience has been excellent. The units are spacious and you get a neighborhood feel. It does not feel like an apartment complex. Nancy, the property manager, does an excellent job. She is professional, kind and incredibly responsive. We’ve only had a couple minor maintenance issues and both were addressed and resolved immediately. I highly recommend Redwood Centerville! It’s truly a great place to live."

"Redwood Centerville offers a quiet, clean, and convenient little home. We needed a short term lease and to move in right away, and thankfully Nancy the community manager was able to make that happen for us! She was incredibly kind and accommodating and did everything she could to make our application and lease signing process go smoothly. Plus their online portal allows you to apply, sign, pay and place service requests, very convenient! Also, I was very pleased with the cleanliness of our apartment at move in! If you want a single floor apartment with an attached garage, or need a 6 month lease, I highly recommend you check out this community."
