"What I loved the most about my experience was that the building was clean, nice, updated appliances, good general design and floor plans. The very best part was that there was no hidden fees and Jon made me feel very comfortable looking at numerous places. He was very matter of fact in helping you find the right place, but wasn't pushy and didn't badger me like a lot of the other places I visited in this area, very professional. He feels like a good guy just trying to help ya out. 10/10 Experience. Plus they have an excellent workout facility that really has excellent machines for legs, press, and extensions."

"They have done a okay job with the renovations outside of the terrible washer/dryer unit that will wake up anyone anywhere near your place and make your clothes smell like creek water and the fact that they forgot to paint one of the walls before I moved in. I’ve had raccoons taking over the gutter and then attic above me for almost two years. I thought it was fixed after the first time i brought it up, but it happened to be because the raccoons had temporarily moved on to somewhere else in the warmer months. It started with feeling like I can’t go onto my balcony at night because something is about a foot above you that freaks out when I go outside, and has now turned into a hole in the side of their building about a foot above my window. Every night you hear them climb up the side of the building and bust through the hole which keeps me up most of the night. Sounds like they’re right above my head. I’ve complained multiple times but the only response is “maintenance order completed.” No follow up and nothing has been done. I was told about a month ago someone was coming out to take care of it a few days later, and nothing. The only communication you will receive is a rent increase offer a few days before your lease is up with a notice you have to give 90 days to let them know if you’re leaving. If you call or send a message near the end of the lease, nobody will answer. Beware."

"Been living here for almost a year and love it! They have a Starbucks machine in the office and I stop by there every morning to get coffee. The Manager Jonathon is always so nice when I come in the morning. My place is awesome! everything is all new and nice! I plan on staying here for awhile till I save up enough to buy a house."
