"The best place I’ve ever lived. Everything about this place is perfect. Love the vallet trash pickup daily, it feels like a resort. They are constantly maintaining the property and I love the yoga sessions, socials with drink tastings and food. The front desk people are so sweet 100% of the time"
"I used to love living here, but they have gotten outrageous with their policies and fees. You can live in a dog friendly building, but they won’t allow your dog to urinate near the building without the threat of a $150 fee. We were given a letter with the threat of a $500 fee today if you don’t “provide a clear path” for the maintenance team to change the filter in your furnace. And no, the $500 is not a typo. The increase in rent yearly is outrageous as well. The community is well kept, but the constant threats of fee after fee is just ridiculous especially because the rent is already so high. Everyone I’ve talked to is so fed up with the fees and threats, there is a reason why there is no longer a wait list to live here. They’re going to keep losing tenants at this rate."
"I love living here! I have had nothing but positive interactions with staff and residents. Grounds are well maintained, requests are addressed promptly. Best feature for me is the underground parking. Below zero temps last winter were brutal but my car was always sheltered. Pool/fire pits/grills are a wonderful addition."
"Dion whose Maintenance at the Allure Apartments was great professional, polite, and neat. Anytime I call Allure Maintenance all of them are very professional. However, Dion was exceptional with helping us with our fridge raider or wall and a few other things that needed to be done. Thank you."
"I can't say enough good things about this place, especially the maintenance staff. I had a very minor maintenance need pop up and had noted "no rush", but I knew someone would show up quickly anyway. That's just how ON IT this team is. Deon came and did a wonderful job fixing the issue quickly and effectively. Deon has come to my rescue before and I always appreciate his upbeat and professional attitude. Thank you so very much."
