"Apartment was great I just wish the price wasn’t the same as a mortgage for a 250,000 dollar house. Kaitlyn was great and any problem I needed help with was always met promptly and kindly. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The view was wonderful I had more room than any other place around and the fact we had two full bed rooms made it great for two adults living together."

"One maintenance worker came and and worked for about 10 min on a mold problem. I really didn't check with the harsh chemical smell and holiday around the corner and the weather warming up. But the wet came back as the temp dropped and the headaches started up again and cold and cough symptoms so I opened up the blinds and found the same mold. Martene came and spent a good 30-40 min cleaning and made me check it. Though I haven't spent the night in my bedroom since last Thursday my headaches have dissipated. Thanks"
"My commode had been non-functional for more than a week and I didn’t want to be a nuisance. Once I submitted the maintenance request, Jason was out and fixed it immediately without any problems!! Fath Properties IS THE BEST!!!"
