Gateway Lofts Centerville

"I’ve been here for about 6 months and it has been nothing short of terrible. My upstairs neighbor is extremely loud at all hours. Just jumping around, throwing things, slamming things, and god knows what else. Management has been told multiple times and there has been zero resolution. The grounds are not well kept at all. Flooding everywhere, my back porch has dog feces surrounding it, and the trash compactor is always over filled. Most dogs aren’t leashed and most feces are not picked up. They say it’s a non smoking apartment but every morning I come out to cigarette butts at my door. It took management over one week for my heat to be repaired when temperatures were hovering in the single digits. You can hear every noise from one of the 11 neighbors they pack into each building. Would not recommend to anyone to live here."

"My husband and I lived here during our recent remodel and have nothing but great things to say about the office staff, the maintenance staff, and the amenities (especially the beautiful pool). Every employee is extremely pleasant and helpful. The apartment homes are cozy and all of our neighbors were respectful and friendly! Highly recommend!"

"Since walking through the doors of Gateway Lofts Centerville for the first time it has been a wonderful experience! In my view excellent customer service is extremely rare however the staff at Gateway is exceptional! In particular Taiya Grady has gone far beyond just answering my questions. Several times she has patiently walked me through the steps of the process and taken care of my concerns. She along with the rest of the staff are a pleasure to deal with. I guess the best thing I can say is: There isn’t a single thing I can suggest that would improve my experience! Gateway Lofts is The Best!!! Thank you!"

"It didn't work out for me to move in at Gateway Lofts Centerville this season, but I wanted to share my experience with the staff there. Everyone I spoke to was so kind and helpful, and they were super informative. The property is gorgeous and well kept, you don't see any trash outside. Their amenities are so cool and I cannot wait until I can move there!"

"When I first toured the apartment the complex seemed to be quiet, clean and the amenities are great! The leasing and maintenance staff are amazing! I love how clean the grounds are and how spacious the apartments are. The only thing I wish I knew prior to moving in would be I wish someone would have told me that I would literally be able to hear my neighbors conversations. I share one wall with the style apartment I have but I can hear them and the people underneath me. It’s not to awful and they are quiet towards the evening. It’s just when I’m watching Tv I shouldn’t have to turn it up to drown out their conversations, other than that the apartments are nice and I would recommend them."
