"Is this such a great place to live??? Constantly floods. Nothing done about it. Elder community left homeless while manager is comfy in her on site apartment. Band aids put over flood damage or is left unfinished while tenants have no choice but to leave their home. Many who dont have family in the area to fall back on? Poor excuses as to not having "maintenance". Is this really what we call a community for our elders?"
