"They would lie to you just to make you to pay the application fee. was told in march that the 30% apartment would be available by December. I paid the fee and now is December and they're telling my they have huge line and it would take probably years before they would have something for me. they would just pocket the money and would never put you on the waiting list. don't pay them anything, they're not going to do anything for you."

Plus, at the edge of town it's so quiet and lots of nature. I watch the sunrise every morning over the fields. Wonderfully peaceful! September 5th, 2020... Now I have to amend my review. Since the last posting the Corp has fired our wonderful manager. Rather than listening to ALL residents, they took the WORD of one resident who constantly makes trouble in the building. HOW SAD! I have called Corp 3 times and don't even get my calls acknowledged. The first call was answered by a woman who I could tell by her tone had already decided to fire our manager and cared nothing for listening to someone who had all positive things to say about management and tried to tell her about the resident who causes trouble. To say I am disappointed and dissatisfied is a gross understatement. The changes that have already happened have reduced the joy of living here. We've lost our community. I chose this community because of the manager, Donna. I could tell she was so invested in the facility and all its residents. That's what I wanted--a real neighborhood. Now that's gone. So unless you want to pay high rent for just another place live, move on and find a real COMMUNITY. You'll be much happier. I cannot lie, it saddens me greatly to post such a negative review. It is very out of character for me. I try very hard to find good in all situations, but I can find no good in this terrible, biased firing of a fine manager. I hope that Corp finds some way to make up for the loss we have suffered as loyal residents."
