"Hi Linda and Stacy, After almost 30 days of trying to apply for an apartment, still more questions about our finances. You will receive no further documents from us. Your compliance department is not petty they are absolutely ridiculous. I am writing reviews for your establishment as being the worst place I have ever encountered. I also contacting the home office in New York of your actions and inability to manage the property. I am also contacting the fair housing for the state of Ohio. Thank you so much for wasting almost 30 days of our time. I have a terminal illness and am very upset you and your compliance department have wasted all my time with absolutely asinine questions. Time I will never get back. I owned six rentals in my 20's, 30's and early forties. I would have never asked all the questions of my renters. I never had a problem with any of my 25 renters over the years. I am not ignorant. I have three college degrees and very well educated. I just can't say the same for you. When I personally handed Stacy copies of our checking account statements, I told her "John only has 5 statements because the checking account had only been opened for 5 months." I can't produce the sixth month statement because there isn't one. She quoted to me "That's fine, no problem." Seems like she doesn't know what she is doing. But considering who she was trained by, I get the gist. The Netspend, CashApp are cards we use to GIVE money to our numerous nieces and nephews for birthday gifts and we loan them money from our checking account that is transferred to these apps. They don't have checking accounts. The deposits in our bank accounts are from payday loans. THERE ARE NO ADDITIONAL ASSESTS. Paypal and USAA are where we borrow money from our credit cards. You have no idea or brains to run Senior Towers. You can't even answer your phones because you're too busy. How do you expect to run a business without ever answering your phones? Truly and totally unprofessional. Again, thanks for wasting our time that we will never get back. A very disgusted and unsatisfied applicant. John Robinson"
