"New to the complex and thought that it would be better , lol not ! Trash flying all over the grounds , speeding , aggressive dogs and unattended kids running loose. Not a good place to stay if your disabled ! Ada violations and poor management skills that aren't qualified to run a business successfully & professionally . Rent is too damn high"

"built poorly. Doors leak due to poor design and concrete poured level with the door itself so water runs right in along with many other defects .maintenance is done very poorly management is super unprofessional and disrespectful. The list goes on. I would highly recommend looking for something else more of quality for the money they ask . Not to mention how rude and unprofessional the lady is that runs it."

"It’s apparently too difficult to have road signs and Stop signs. Too many children out here to not have any form of traffic guidance. Also, no real GPS navigation so it’s difficult for deliveries, public transportation and emergency personnel to navigate."

"Doors are locked with no instructions on what to do. After calling and waiting for a call back I was able to get in. Apparently you just have to knock really hard. I think a sign would be helpful."
