"Updated Review (12/29/2022): Lost two stars after sustaining a major injury after 11/1/2022 and eventually ending up being semi-handicapped and occasional use of a wheelchair (a source of controversy/lease violation) as well as primarily using a cane due to difficulty going up and down even a flight of stairs. Had the cane not been used, I could have easily have been a quadriplegic/permanent paralysis on 11/1 due to falling down the stairs without question. Have turned the matter over to local authorities. Updated Review (6/2/2023): Finally resolved after 7 months. Original Review (circa 11/3/2022): I would’ve given five if things were done the first time. It’s a little too early to tell since as of 4:00 pm November 1, 2022. I will tell you that I am about to wrap up production on a Caprice & Ella 14-part miniseries titled #BreakingBoilingPoint."

"The office staff is very helpful and Tara is the one to call. But I find the lead maintenance man to be immature and unprofessional. Has slammed on my door and yelled in my face. Will be looking for the next move."

"This apartment is one of the better priced properties in this section of Fort Wayne. The apartment itself was very nice and clean. Bathrooms are a little small, but overall a good place. Staff is very nice and friendly. Maintenance leaves a lot to be desired. Had a hot water heater that didn’t work properly for 1/2 the time we were there. Finally, after the 4th trip out to “fix” it, they decided to replace it. After they put the kitchen counter back together, they decided not to caulk it, but rather used this cheap adhesive caulking. It didn’t stick and looked terrible. The 2nd bathroom toilet ran constantly. They “fixed” it several times to no avail. I finally gave up. The outside maintenance is very bad. I had mentioned the trash a couple times and was told it would be dealt with. A bush outside our door had a bunch of soda cans, cigarette packs and garbage in it for months. It really is a pretty decent place to live though. Those were my only real complaints the whole year we were there."

"I would not highly recommend these apartments to anyone. After 7 months our issues with the apartment were unbearable. First day our apartment had a non-working fridge, dishwasher, and leak under the bathroom sink. After that it went downhill from there. Had 4 separate ceiling leaks, air conditioning went out twice. Had no air in the middle of summer for two weeks. Water heater went out twice, each time we did not have hot water for 3 days. The list goes on. When they replaced out the water heater they broke the counter top and cabinets under the sink and just left it, and have yet to fix it. We have a hole in our bathroom ceiling from a leak and have yet to fix the hole. We are a downstairs unit, so the windows are old and leak terribly and drip water everyday on the carpet. Mold builds up terribly around the entire window. Needless to say with our issues, we are leaving at the end on January. They just switched new office staff, so maybe it will get better. Unfortunately, their maintenance really needs work. My biggest problem was how often I had maintence issues, and it wasn't small maintence issues they were large (leaking ceiling, leaking sinks, hot water heater, air conditioner, leaking windows), and it took around 3 or 4 visits to get one issue finished. They received an extra star from me instead if just one because I have been told and have seen that the newer buildings are somewhat better."
