"After a bad experience at an orthodontist in stark co, my son switched to Dr. Galina at Smile Doctors. We are so happy that we did! From the moment we enter the office- we are met with positivity, caring, encouragement - from ALL staff. My son actually looks forward to visiting Dr. Galina. He was terrified of his former orthodontist & we left with pain & wires sticking in his gums that he was too afraid to mention. That is now in the past. Smile Doctors is a wonderful, wonderful place. "Where do I begin? My daughter (12) had phase 1 orthodontic care by a previous provider. We completed treatment, but I knew when it was time for phase 2 we would be going elsewhere. I had her scheduled with a different provider, and was looking for Invisalign for both my husband and I. I came across Dr. Galina on the Invisalign website. I then went to the Smile Doctor website which was extremely user friendly. I then googled the practice and quickly made the call for an appointment after reading all of the amazing reviews AND seeing that Dr Galina is a VIP Diamond tier level on the Invisalign website. After making the call, they were able to get all three of us (my husband, my daughter, and myself) in the very next day as they had a cancellation! Wow! Fast forward. We arrive at the office. It’s packed. Nowhere to sit. Great. We will be treated like a burden with us being three new patients. Absolutely not! The treatment coordinator took us right back, did scans and pictures. And guess what?! My daughter was put in braces THE SAME DAY! My husband and I both had our Invisalign scans done, and the office made sure we all had appointments on the same day and time to come back. Did I mention we are driving AN HOUR AWAY just to see Dr Galina and her staff?? I’m so thankful for every individual in that office! You will be too ❣️"

It's so cute and the staff definitely puts the smile in Smile Doctors. The special effort to make it a welcoming environment is so helpful with eliminating the nervous feeling some people would experience in a typical clinic setting. Our children were never nervous here! They are excited to come back each time. The orthodontic care has been very efficent & effective so far. We are loving the progress we see.
