"I lived in the building next door that this property runs and operates. I was there for just over two years and paid $600 a month. Roughly that’s a little over $14 grand. Over the winter we had a bad mouse problem and we were accused of leaving trash around and our doors open. We had the maintenance man come in and report that was no trash about and to lay traps. This problem went on for a month as we noticed mice droppings INSIDE the insulation of the stove. For the other charges, yes we had the toilet seat break, and yes there was a chip in the sink. However, $80 dollars to clean a stove is outrageous. Rita (the office manager) decides per my spouses request to clean the stove without ever confirming that we would be charged for it. The last straw with this place was finding bees inside the walls. If you rent here beware."
