"I had an appointment Monday at 11am. I was told to be there 15 minutes early with or without online paperwork filled out. I am a travel laboratory scientist. I worked a 12 hour shift and drove home 2 hours to be there at 1045am. When I got there, Amy, was rude and gave me a lecture about needing to be there 30 minutes early since I didn't have her online paperwork ready. Being there 30 minutes early was never said! How dare you act that way to people without knowing outside circumstances. I left angry and will not go back. How rude and unprofessional. If you go here make sure you get that online paperwork done! Worst customer service I've ever had at a Dr office."
