"Sold me the wrong size charger the first time, told me to come back when they got an order in and he would refund it. When they got the order in, he said he'd take off 10% cause it was for the right battery but a lot bigger and more expensive than expected. Went in, he almost didn't refund the other charger and when he did, he scrapped the 10% off. I understand he can't do 2 discounts in one transaction but when I tried to express my concern that he couldn't just take off the appropriate amount in one discount, he got very upset so I dropped it and paid, just wanted to leave. Otherwise a great store as long as everything goes well and you're not a beginner like me. I do actually recommend it here though, he was cool the first time at least and the selection and prices are reasonable!"
"This place is amazing! I’ve been going here for years. I purchased a vape and it was faulty and was dealing with the manufacturer when they were requesting a receipt. I stopped in to get a duplicate receipt and the guy working ended up swapping it out and getting me a replacement which was super helpful as I am going out of town and would have not gotten one fast enough. They are always really knowledgeable and helpful! This is best place I’ve dealt with and I’ve been to a ton of different stores!"
