"After giving birth to our daughter we tried to stop in and get my wife’s prescription on the way home. When we got there they were closed 2:30 on a Saturday, for lunch. I asked if there was nothing that could be done as I had a 2 day old in the car with my wife but was told “if I make an exception for you I have to for everybody else waiting.” All of the others waiting said they would wait for them to reopen but the pharmacist refused to accommodate us and we had to wait 30+min. Very unprofessional."

"I loved my past experience at this CVS on Hauck RD on March 15th. I love coming to this CVS, I never had any problems! My prescription was ready and I didn't have to wait for long either. I had the honor of being helped by Grady and they were so friendly and knowledgable about my needs. Their personality was so kind and positive were amazing and I felt very informed and comfortable with them, and left feeling reassured that I can come back and receive excellent service by them."

"I switched to this CVS from the one on Cincinnati Dayton road. It isn't as close to home but the service at the different locations are night and day. So far they have been very friendly, they answer the phone in a reasonable amount of time and are pretty fast at the drive thru. I would rather drive a few extra miles for decent service, it makes a huge difference to me."
