"I made an appointment to get advice on an important purchase and find out about business services. Took off work to be there. Complete waste of my time, gas, and energy! Going to try a different store locally. They didn't acknowledge my appointment at all. If I hadn't just asked, I'd still be waiting. I got the email, the reminder messages, etc. But the guy behind the counter acted like I was talking to a brick wall and told me to just go out on the sales floor and ask the guys out there. The whole purpose of me making the appointment was because those guys on the floor are always super busy! I got zero info on business services. Lesson learned!!"

"Literally the best computer store on the planet, I went in looking for a bundle and everything I needed for a new computer and every person I walked up to was insightful and helpful. Everything I needed and more was where I expected it to be and the deals were unbeatable. If I were ever going to get a new PC part, I would shop here. I had the PC built by that night and nothing was out of place with the help I got. They had all the name brand parts, and nothing in the store seemed off or low quality. "First time customer. Walked in with a broken laptop and it was fixed in 2 days. Repair staff were all nice and explained things very well - even with my very basic knowledge of computers. Got a text back from a service rep a few hours later. Communication was clear and consistent via texts and my laptop was ready the next day. Pickup was easy and while waiting I observed 2 service reps assisting an older customer who was insisting on an upgrade to a laptop that couldn't be upgraded. Although they may have been getting inpatient with having to repeat and reexplain the information, they continued to assist and speak to the customer with patience and respect and recommended that she consider purchasing a new laptop. It was informative and not pressured and the service rep actually walked the woman to the retail area to ensure she was assisted. I really appreciated seeing this as this isn't how all challenging customer service interactions end. Thank you for the great customer experience and being kind."
