"This WAS the nicest Dollar Tree in Cincinnati, in my opinion...UNTIL LATELY.. Now it is already just like all the rest! Stuff everywhere on the floor, dirty and just plain PIT-A-FULL. Where are the managers? Where are the people that own these stores? Do they not care how the people they hire let the store get this bad? It really sucks cause I really liked this Dollar Tree, but I'm not driving out of my way to come to another messy store, ill just go to the messy one down the street.."
"We came here specifically because read online that this was the 2nd largest Dollar Tree in the US, however we did not get that experience at all when we walked in. It is about the same size as our Dollar Tree on the other side of Cincinnati and the items were the same. However, it is clean and bright and the employees are kind. I am giving this a 4 star review because it was okay, no complaints, just not wow or a knock my socks off experience to warrant a 5 star review."
