"I have to say this Thorntons used to be so disgusting and trashy. Nothing was ever in stock especially the breakfast sandwiches or hotdogs. Now its so clean and they have everything. I don't know what changed but they heavy set dark haired lady with all the tattoos was so friendly when she rang me up. This is for sure my fav Thorntons now."

"I have to say I use to avoid this place because it was so dirty and never had things in stock, most of the employees were kind of rude. I stopped there for the first time in months a couple days ago and I have to say this location has done a complete 360. Everything is SO much cleaner, things are actually in stock the employees were so much friendlier. Carla literally made my morning with her bright positive attitude (most people don't have that bright and early anymore lol) I look forward to coming here more regularly for my morning coffee and breakfast now"

"used to be a regular, but every time i go in after my shifts the past month or two, they are closed. there will be a sign saying “be back in 10” on the doors. next thing you know, you’ll be sitting there for 30 minutes just waiting to get the items you need. as a work professional, hours should be shortened if you don’t have the staff to stay open during a full shift! definitely not 24 hours. staff is friendly for the most part (when they are actually there.) will sadly have to find a new late night stop shop."

"For the past 2 1/2 years, I can count on both hands how many days that I have missed stopping in there for breakfast and soft drink. I used to rave about the service, cleanliness, availability of product, etc. I even spoke with the district manager about how I enjoyed coming in there and the people. Over the last few months it has gone, SORRY, "straight to hell." The place is filthy, the stock, especially the breakfast items and self serve sandwiches are ALWAYS out of stock or near empty, the friendliness of the staff is terrible. I should never have to wait in a line of 12-15 people with one cashier. That seems to be the norm lately. I have seen the "manager" look out and see the lines and not step up to help. I'm not sure where the previous manager went or why, but the way she ran that store made me happy to come in every day, usually twice a day. I was happy to call it "my Thorntons." Now I am looking for another morning stop that is on my way to work. Please help this location! Respectfully, Concerned Patron"
