"Fantastic experience this morning! I discovered my van's battery was dead and was able to jump it and get to AAP in Dillonvale. They had multiple replacement battery choices, advised me on the differences, took out and disposed of my old one, installed the new one, and had me on the way super fast! From discovering my battery was dead until I pulled into my driveway with the new one was less than an hour. Dana was awesome!"
"I’m giving four stars but not because of the employees because they really tried hard to help me out but because the store and them not training their employees properly. Just make sure if you go in you know the exact item you want and what it looks like and everything because these poor kids we’re just thrown to the wolves with little to no training but that’s why I’m giving four stars because they really were very helpful and great attitudes."
"Had an oil leak coming from an oil pressure guage only needed 2 wrenches to fix the problem I bought some oil and a funnel the cashier told me they didn't loan tools even though i told him they did. He went to the back and told me he didn't have anything for me so I spent 25 dollars on 2 wrenches I already have multiple of at home just to tighten one nut a half a turn. I will never step foot in an advance again next time I have an issue I'll make sure to go to another company"
"Had a great experience here getting a new battery for my car. Danny was extremely helpful and personable (as was everyone in the store). As a female, going to an unknown shop can be a little worrisome but I felt super comfortable. It’s great to have a new trustworthy place near me I can count on if I need to!"
"Stopped in for some battery terminals, quick disconnect and some other electrical components, surprised to find a large selection of nice parts. Some pieces seemed to be a bit more expensive than they should have been but they were nice parts. Optima makes some killer batteries but geez they are way too costly because there performance isn't that much better than a regular battery. Good selection of parts, found what I was after."
