"The good news is you can do a 10’x15’ for $65 a month (my initial payment with all fees was $115). However, just received a notice that my bill is going to jump to $130 starting with my 5th month. They had led me to believe my rates would not change which is why I chose them. That being said if you only need 4 months then this might be a solid option tor you."
"It was very easy to setup a rental over the phone. The representative was very knowledgeable and suggested to may for several months to lock in a rate for the duration we were planning. When we arrived to the facility, it was clearly marked to find our unit and it was clean. A lock was already provided and we were set up for success without even stopping at the main office at the location."
"Jeff and the new office manager were great. I didn't have my insurance policy initially. I brought it in because they were charging me for having storage insurance which is expensive and it took months and they kept charging me even after they had the insurance. Finally the manager credited me the money. A few months later they raised the rate over 30% and then the storage facilty ended up being flooded. It was virtually impossible to get a cart over all the cable wires of the different fans they were using it's wet and moldy and there's rust spots and I would avoid it at all costs"
