"In December, 2023, Northcoast Flooring completed the remodel of our kitchen and two bathrooms and we couldn't be happier with the results. We gave NCF five stars for three reasons (design, execution and value/price.) Kristie and her design team worked closely with Stefano and his install team to develop a master plan that far exceeded what we thought possible for our antiquated 1940s' home. For example, they reconfigured our kitchen cabinets several times and even enlarged our entry way when we switched from LG to Bosch appliances. The design team mixed and matched numerous combinations of colors, styles and vendors to produce a modern, coordinated look. Once construction began, the install team encountered numerous "imperfections" in our home, consistent with its age and design. Faulty wiring, questionable plumbing and other structural vagaries were all remedied as part of the remodel. Each member of the install team seemed to take personal pride in ensuring the quality of the finished product. Cost-wise, NCF uses quality brands and their material costs are commensurate with other major retailers. The value in their offering is the fact that they provide a complete "one vendor" solution, with no requirement on my end to coordinate multiple contractors. And all of the infrastructure issues and contingencies in our remodel were resolved by NCF at no additional charge. I got what I paid for, and then some!"

NCF gave us great options and helped us level the floors to create a single floor, no transitions and no shoe molding! We highly recommend them and will use NCF for future jobs."

"This company was EXCELLENT to work with. It exceeded my expectations! They painted, fixed and repaired drywall cracks and updated the electrical. They removed the big ugly light in the kitchen and added beautiful can LED lights! I didn’t know how dark it was until the lights were on! They walked me through each step and suggested important things I didn’t think of, like dimmer switches on the lights and adding some outlets for our wall mounted tv’s. It is great to adjust the light level. They painted my ugly and outdated beam in our living room and now it looks better then I could have imagined. The crisp lines look even better in person!! In addition to the exceptional work they did, they were also on time, professional and worked around us living in through the update. In the past this company also installed the carpet. It’s 6 years old and looks brand new. I highly recommend this company. I have already referred them to friends and family members."
