"I've been to alot of northeast home depots. The staff is very helpful, especially Milo amd Tony the manager. Currently finishing up a big kitchen remodel and Tony has gone above and beyond to make sure orders are correct and even followed up with a phone call to see how the project was going. It's nice to see that people still care."

"Like most men Home Depot is my favorite place to shop. I don't know what it is about Avon and Avon Lake stores and fast food restaurants compared to the same Lorain stores and restaurants. I don't know if it's the difference in location, the staff or lack of staff at the Lorain area store or if it's the management. Either way I will continue to travel way out of my way for a better shopping experience and a better atmosphere. I 100 percent recommend this Home Depot especially if put up against the Lorain and the Elyria branches. Hands down!!!"

"My wife just bought a X-Mas tree from this location. They refused to tie it to the top of the car and wouldn't even help load it through the trunk. Normally good experiences at this location but not today."
