"Best Buy is a great place to get all your electronic stuff. I fell in love with their services when I lost my receipt for my TCL tv and I needed it badly for my tv to be replaced. My receipt got printed for me within a second. I gladly recommended a friend to buy her tv from Best Buy."

"Horrible! Beware only 15 days to return. I bought a printer 32 days ago. Had a guy from a computer store install it and it would not connect. He got a different one and connected no problem but Best Buy will not accept return on defective printer. What a joke"

"They are liars, purchased a brand new washer and dryer set over Black Friday they guaranteed delivery by December the 9th I contacted them the day of to confirm then I was told my delivery date was set for December the 13th. I accepted that I was home off work for December the 13th no one called me, and yet they know showed they did not deliver my appliances and then they give me a phone number to contact for delivery and they think I'm supposed to handle their carrier....HELL NO, the Attorney General of the state of Indiana needs to know that they're selling products that they can't provide to the buyers and we as consumers are paying those payments prior to receiving that merchandise and it's so very wrong. are selling products in your paying for it, in advance to sit months. Don't buy at BEST BUY EVER!!"
