"I went to O’Reilly Auto Parts store in Amelia to have them check my battery. My car was showing me a code saying there was a problem. Truby tested the battery and said it needed a charge. Joe came out to take the battery out and had to remove plastic parts to get to the battery. Unfortunately, the battery wouldn’t hold a charge, and I had to buy a new one. Joe happily rang up a battery and installed it for me at no charge. He also fixed my windshield wiper blades that had been previously installed incorrectly by Auto Zone. The service here is outstanding! Rarely do you get this kind of friendly, professional, hard working service- from people who really want to help their customers. Thank you, Joe and Truby, for such a great customer service experience."
