"Came in today to get a new battery put in my truck. There were problems with one of the terminals connected to my truck, and I didn't understand how to fix it. Miles, the manager of the store, came out to put it in and fixed my terminal issue and explained to me the issue. It's bitterly 16°F out and windy at that. this man took part of his busy time out to help me install the battery and fix my issue, and I am extremely thankful!"
"Staff is friendly and helpful. Knowledgeable workers to...update...this used to be the case. Went there to get brake pads, rotors and a caliper. Got the wrong rotors 3 times. 3 trips back to the store and never even got a discount or even an apology. Never again will I ship there. I sent $300 on theses damn brakes. That's ridiculous!!!"
