"After three weeks of working with Sam’s Club (and their foreign call center) to get a replacement tire, I finally gave up! I called another tire store and no live person answered after five minutes. I then called your Beechmont Store and my call was taken immediately. He did not have my tire and I needed it addressed immediately. He told me that your Amelia store had 4. My call was then answered with a live person, Robert. He assured me he could get the tire on that day! I dropped off my car, ran a few errands, and came back to see my car was ready to go. THAT is called SERVICE!!!"

"Overall happy with the service, but they need to use the paper floor mats and watch getting grease on the door and steering wheel. This is not the first time we’ve had to clean the interior after we brought the car home. I had the same experience with my most recent visit. We spent 15 to 20 minutes cleaning the interior and will most likely start taking our cars somewhere else for routine maintenance. It’s obvious that these reviews are not read."
