"Took our mini cooper there , they kept it 4 days scanned it and then told us they couldn’t fix it because of a recall that there is no fix too right at this moment . Charged us 190 dollars and the print out they gave us we couldn’t read. Took it to dealer and they had it fixed in 2 days !! This place is a joke and are thieves !! Charged us 190 dollars to do nothing !!! Dealer scan wasn’t even that expensive . Don’t take your cars to them !!"

"SCAM!!! My husband and I tried to drop off our BMW 330i, had the phone handed to three different people asking me who answered the drop off appointment. I scheduled a drop off for 11/28 and went to drop off my car and they asked me who made the appointment. Then handed another person the phone and told me that they’re booked out two weeks. Then I asked them I could drop it off after, then the guy told me they’re relocating and don’t know when they will be able to take another vehicle due to “emergency issues”. After reading multiple reviews I’m very happy I didn’t trust my vehicle in this company, sounds like a horrible lawsuit."

"DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. Took my late 2000’s 5 series here for a basic oil change. Just an oil change. When time to pay came 2 hours later. The bill was $290. Listen. The dealer does not charge anything close. When questioned, the feedback was we topped off your fluids and looked over everything too…. Aye Big Dog… You ripping people off."

"Just picked up my X5D after 3 months (yes, 3 months) with a tow truck. Approved repairs for $6K but got taken to cleaners for $7700+, not to mention $2K in parts I ordered on my own. This car is now going to the dealership, who knows what I’ll find out. I was told to go pound sand when I tried to negotiate a reasonable settlement by John. I’m filing complaints with BBB and Bureau of Auto Repair now and getting my lawyer involved. Please do yourself a favor and stay away."
