"I knew i needed a new battery but i had them test it as well. I was able to get my battery tested but no staff was there to install a new one so I had to go elsewhere and be even later to work. Lady said they were hiring but they only start employees at $11/hr... go figure. I bought my $200 battery across the street."
"Nice, clean, and courteous. The store is exceptionally clean for an auto parts store. Are always helpful here and most of the time deliver our parts even if it's just one part that cost a couple bucks. It would be five stars but they have similar issue as the rest of the auto parts stores in that they don't always have an accurate count of their stock and don't quite have the knowledge base one would expect at an auto parts store. But that being said they are by far the best with respect to knowledge base. They have a pretty decent stock and pretty good selection. One thing I don't understand though is why they would only stock one of a part that is typically bought in twos or fours... And inexpensive part at that... Like a light bulb socket... Thought they would have a box of them back there... Especially since I was looking for GM replacements. Anyway, overall one of the better Auto Parts chains and one of the better locations of that chain."
