"I will never set foot in this or any other autozone after my last experience here. The overweight, old, white guy with glasses working that day shouldn’t be in any kind of customer service position anywhere. Long story kind of short, I went to this and another autozone four separate times (3 here) after they told me the part I needed (but I didn’t need) wasn’t in stock (it was), then sold me a used part I had already returned. The first employee actually helping me, a young black guy, was trying to figure out a problem on the computer caused because they had incorrectly exchanged the used part they sold me previously. Then this older guy who’d been listening in at a different register walks up interrupting us and cutting me off, asking questions I was already trying to give the answers to. I’m sure I was frustrated by the entire situation but I never once raised my voice. Nevertheless this guy starts yelling, basically telling me to shut up or he’ll just make me go to a different autozone to return it. He makes the younger guy get out of the way and after slamming on the keyboard trying to process my return (again incorrectly to make it work), he drops my change when giving me my money back so I have to pick it up off the ground. The first employee who was helping me was basically speechless the entire time except to apologize when I was leaving. I’ve never been treated so disrespectfully at any store and the whole situation kind of had me dumbfounded. Wish I got the name of the older guy. Wish I had made a bigger deal at the time (asked to see the manager), but they had already wasted enough of my time."

"This location seems to always have most parts that I need at such a convenient time. They stay open until 11pm everyday. Im sure I will be visiting the western hills AutoZone in the future! I recommend this store."

"I would like to give 0 stars as a review, but that’s not possible. I have been to this store twice and have been treated incredibly rude on both occasions. Both occasions were related to battery issues. One occasion a worker begrudgingly replaced my battery. He made it very clear he wanted nothing to do with helping me. Going as far as letting the front store door shut right in my face as I was following him out to my car AND back into the store. The other occasion, I was told they “don’t really change batteries when it’s dark out”. The worker then came out to look at my battery and when he saw corrosion on the battery he said “oh I can’t touch that battery, that’s a liability”. My battery was under a 3 year warranty and had only been in my car for 1 year and was not working properly. I was really expecting much more quality customer service to help resolve this issue. Once I realized I wouldn’t be receiving any assistance at this store, I drove the extra distance to the Harrison location. MUCH better experience!"

"I wish there was negative star rating I would give them -5 star. the worst store in town by far “Neo” the store manager and Trey have no clue what they’re doing. Very rude and disrespectful to customers. I have a commercial account with autozone for almost 15 years and haven’t seen idiots like these two. I witnessed a customer been disrespected, insulted and threatened in this store by Neo. They don’t care about consequences and definitely have no place in this business. Thugs acting as a customers service. If Autozone corporate have any care to their customers or reputation that can contact me for further details. People stay away from this store by all means."

"Was looking for a headlight and turn signal bulb for my vehicle. Found the headlight bulb I needed and went to the desk to see if they could help me find the turn signal bulb. They told me they were out of stock which was completely okay, however when I asked what was the difference between these brand of turn signal/headlight bulbs I was told "I don't know man, they are just brighter". Didn't know asking a simple question would need such attitude and degration. I don't expect much but this attitude for asking questions was not appreciated. The whole staff could care less."
