"I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I was seen same day. The manager Charles Jump (per paperwork) was absolutely amazing, super friendly and professional! Great communication on what was going on every step of the way, what needed done or could wait was clear. They were great with my kids while they watched them work. I had an issue with payment and he was more than helpful, patient and comforting when i was stressing. I will definitely be using them again. Thanks again guys!"
"Very professional and friendly. Went in for wife's car. She felt with them and I was backup in case since was the first time we had used this location. She has been hearing a squeal which sounded like belts slipping. Of course when we took it to them there was no squeal. They looked it over and checked the belts and pulleys and nothing loose or wobbly. They drove it and still nothing. They were real good with her and explained it all and gave her some options if it continues. Will definitely use them in the future."
