"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I took them a car that needed a brake job. Requested and paid for a complete tune up only for them to keep my car half of the day, only do the brakes. Yet they charged me and allowed me to finance the whole thing. My car ran like crap IMMEDIATELY! I took it back spoke with them only to have them tell me the work was done. No, after paying again somewhere else I had the proof. When brought the the District manager’s attention, he threatened me with his big attorney! I lost my sanity over this, I got an eviction notice, I lost 1,500 worth of income. Save the trouble and go to University Auto Repair! Go anywhere but there. Greg Miller is a smug conartist who Embezzles and trains them well. They are Credit card fraud artist. Thieves. Now, this is Kyle Monroe, Micheal, and Greg! Glenway!"

"I understand places are understaffed so they are hiring people that may not have been considered for hire a couple years ago BUT there is no excuse. They just look like they have NO clue what they are doing! Long story short they did not do what I was charged for them to do because of an issue with my car. If i would not have been so worried about my car leaking oil and blowing up at that point, I would have been paying attention and NOT paid!!! Later that day I reach out to "corporate" to get my money back I get like 2-3 responses and NOW nobody will respond, I can't find a phone number. It is so MESSED up they did not change my oil filter YET I pay for an oil change and now nobody wants to respond. Nobody has the money these days to be getting SCRERWED!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!!"

"Edited to add-- on top of everything else, three weeks later and my check engine light is on again-- and the code is one of the codes these jokers "fixed". Sit back-- while I tell you my tale... November 15, I took my vehicle in to Car X for diagnostics and repair. Check engine light was on-- had a significant loss of power.. and my car was getting loud. I knew for sure that it would involve my exhaust and likely the catalytic converter- -but wanted to have it checked out. Called me back the next day-- said that it "might" be the turbo-- but it might be this other, cheaper repair... so they tried the cheaper repair first. Wasn't that. Ok-- going to replace the turbo. Big, expensive repair made even more expensive by their extreme markup of parts but... whatevs.. Was supposed to be completed the day before Thanksgiving. Called them that day-- and it wasn't ready yet.. but would be ready on Friday. Great! Went in on Black Friday-- was told "end of day"... well, I had to work that evening, so I went ahead and paid and asked them to leave my car in the lot as I had a spare key. Got there that evening-- guess what? No car. This will become a pattern, folks. Monday- -still not done. I'm told "We were really busy with the black Friday sale on tires". Um.. that's nice, but my car was there first and was due back to me on Wednesday. Tuesday-- I get a call saying that the turbo is on.. but there is something else going on. I get led around by the nose for another week, before they tell me that both my front and rear converters need replaced (gee, I said that on day one-- had they checked it then, we could have saved time). I'm told that due to all my inconvenience, they were just going to charge me their cost for parts (this is another lie-- these guys act like Google doesn't exist). Fast forward a couple more WEEKS (yes... Weeks). I call in on Thursday the 21st and I'm told that its ready. Great!! I'll be in on Saturday to pay for the second repair and pick up. I arrive on Saturday and get told "Oh, its not ready-- let me pull it in real quick". 30 minutes later.. I'm finally done. This entire episode cost me 38 days and $4200. Had they checked what I asked them to check from the beginning-- I could have saved the time and money by just trading my car in-- The real kick in the teeth is the extreme upcharge for parts-- especially when I'm told that they'll be charging me at cost due to my inconvenience. Guys-- its 2023-- these things can be easily researched. Summary is-- this is a shitty company that assumes every female who walks in the door knows nothing about cars. Avoid unless you're desperate."

"The manager, Jim, was very nice. He told everyone what was going on and what they needed and didn't try to oversell anything. He was very knowledgeable and he went above and beyond to help some other customers out. I only got an oil change. Pretty basic, but I'll continue to get them there as long as Jim is there."

"Scheduled an oil change for the following day on the website after they had closed for the day. They called promptly at 7:30 the following morning to confirm my appointment was in the books and scheduled to happen. Came in and waited for the oil change, which was done quickly and they gave me coupon price without me even revealing whether I had a coupon or not. Also saw Jim going above and beyond with another customer while I waited that was having issues, handled it very professionally and courteously. Will definitely be returning."
