"KOI didn’t have the part my old Ford F11 needed for my water pump But that didn’t stop the guy from removing my old waterpump plug out of the old one. After a few tries of trying to find the right one he said he wasn’t giving up yet and started rounding up some tools. He got the old one out and even cleaned it up for me so I can put it in the new one ! KOI if you’re reading this one please give these people a raise!"
