"Had a deflating tire and they did a great job with a quick tire change. For years I have not had such a great experience with a tire shop. People who work here are phenomenal and they know what they do. Normally when you go to a tire shop, they would almost cost you an arm and a leg. I highly recommend."

"Well, they do Good Work, but Business wise they failed. April 2022 I had a huge job done, bringing an old 20' flatbed trailer up to DOT Operating conditions, to include replacing almost all the hydraulic system for the lift-flatbed trailer. $2800 later, no questions asked, it was road worthy. Since then, I've hauled with it at least 10 times, but never using the hydraulics. I went to raise it 3wks ago, the New line I paid for was dragging the highway, BECAUSE of Poor installation, it was to long and was never secured. This wasn't a Warranty Issue, it's INCORRECT Installation. The line has a hole in it, so when I went to demo it to our new driver, fluid blew out all over. SO, simply replace the line they failed to secure, not mention made it To Long? Simple enough? I also ask however, mount a Winch I took to them. They did a good job mounting it, and $1800 later asked we pay for putting 4 Bolts through the deck, buying about 35' of wire and installing it. This took a VERY LONG time, so Lots of Labor hours included, to drill 4 holes and attach wire. THEN, because it was over 6 months since the first job, they wouldn't honor the warranty on their mistake of the hydraulic line. And when they installed the newest one, he made it shorter essentially admitting the other was too long. If we make a mistake where I work, we do the customer right and correct it at Our Cost at a least, if not more to apologize for the mistake. We don't take 2 days to do a job that should have taken 4 hours only to charge enough to cover for our other mistake, then not even make the other mistake right at their expense. NOW, us and the many other customers under the same Fleet Management will not be allowed to use this vendor any longer. Ashame because they can do good work, they're just unreasonable about a mistake they made."

"I can't praise this place enough. Came here to get a tire. Ended up getting 4 for my trailer. Then the lead technician, John noticed my water pump was leaking. My heart went into my stomach. Luckily, he knew some folks, got the parts and jumped all over the problem and got my truck back on the road in no time flat. If you're ever in Sharonville,Ohio and need your semi worked on or need tires, this is the place to get them. Grade "A" customer service. Friendly staff. Awesome experience. I will come back if I'm ever in need of anything if I'm in this area."

"Had a bent rim on an RV. Odd size rim. Nothing available locally. They were able to order the correct wheel from Columbus, get it in and had me on the road in less than 48 hours. Ask for Jamie, he does a great job."
