"Was told I could get a quick tire plugged on my vehicle first thing in the morning.. Ended up waiting/taking well over 2 whole hours to have a simple tire plugged that could’ve been done in a 8th of the time. While they were slow and not busy at all. Never again! Should’ve went with my gut and went to a small independent shop that could’ve had it done in ten minutes while I waited in my vehicle. Zero sense of urgency! Ruined my whole day by throwing my schedule off. Missed breakfast and by the time they stop holding my vehicle hostage and release it to me it will be in the middle of lunchtime."

"I am always able to call in the morning, and have an answer by the end of the day. They work with me on my kids schedule, when they need to keep my car, and are just all around good people. This last visit they even saved me money! Their service is fantastic and I recommend them to everyone around Norwood."

"Scheduled an appointment online for an oil change and tire replacement, when i got there they told me I had no appointment scheduled. The manager asked me what the problems were and i told him that the front left tire had a hole in it, but made it clear that i didn't want it repaired and would much rather have it replaced (the treads are extremely worn, dry rot, etc.). he told me they could get me in before the end of the day. I was okay with that and left my car there. kept waiting for an update call telling me it was ready, but got nothing. called the next day and they told me it was ready. I went in and picked my car up, i was very upset and disappointed to find when i got home that they didn't replace the tire but rather patched the hole. I will not be going back."

"Not sure what has happened here but it's gone a little downhill compared to before. recently took in my car to have two tires checked. I specifically told them which two tires and what my issues were. took in my car late on a weekday afternoon so was expecting to not be serviced for a little bit but it was another two full days before the car was looked at and then another day for the service to be completed and for me to pick up the vehicle. they fixed one tire and told me that the second tire I was concerned about was fine. lo and behold literally the next day after I pick up my car, that same tire is still experiencing issues and upon closer inspection, realize it's honestly really funny that they tried to tell me that my tire with hardly any tread, clearly dry rotting away, was "fine and not a concern.""

"I am very disappointed with the service the last 2 times I have taken my car in. The first time I took my car in, I needed some work done and I was concerned about the passenger side door not locking via remote fob. They said they would take a look at the door. They called to confirm the services and gave a total, but did not mention that they would be taking apart the passenger side door and that alone would make up a sizeable chunk of the total bill. I thought it would just be a quick test; I understand I wanted the door checked, but I feel misled about what that particular service would require and what its cost would be. I feel like the cost of the door was buried with other services to make an expensive solution out of a simple problem (they couldn't fix the issue with the door, by the way, and it is still faulty). And I recently took the car in on a Friday for an oil change and was told I’d receive a call on Saturday about recommended services and cost. No call on Saturday. No call on Sunday. I called on Monday and was told that they would do the oil change and rotate the tires, but there was also a long list of things they recommended since the car is past 100k miles. Things like replacing fluids, changing spark plugs, etc. The total would be about 900 dollars. I said, the car was just brought in for its 100k tune-up at this location. Wasn’t any of that done? They looked, confirmed that many of the services were already done and logged and the total cost came down to about 100 dollars. So either they didn’t look at the history of the car, which is poor service, or they were trying to charge an exorbitant amount for things that were already performed, which is absolutely vile. Regardless of the reason, I was extremely disappointed. I brought this up to the person at the front desk and just got a blank stare and no comment. The gentleman who runs the shop once told me that he is like a doctor who has to diagnose problems in the cars and work to fix them as if they were patients. But none of the doctors I work with would ever recommend invasive services without telling patients what to expect and what they would entail. And they certainly wouldn't recommend procedures that have already been performed and try to charge twice. So, between the two scenarios above, I feel scammed and will not be returning. Take care."
