"I was swindled at this shop. Went in for an electrical issue but was pushed an entirely different maintenance package I never asked for. When I reluctantly agreed because Curt was so pushy, they messed up the maintenance that was done. I got the car back and the alignment was so out of whack that the tech’s couldn’t even figure out how to fix it when I kept bringing it back in. Eventually I took my car to an authorized dealership to diagnose the issue. The dealership found that Jim’s shop left all the parts loose that were installed in my vehicle and that is was a miracle I hadn’t gotten in an accident. Now I am out several thousand dollars AND my vehicle still rides worse than when I bought it. I wish I had never taken it to them in the first place."

"Jim’s was one of the only places I could find who had the capability to run diagnostics on my car when the airbag light came on. The dealer was booked 2 months out, but Jim’s got me in within 24 hours. Thankfully, it wasn’t the airbag, but they figured out the problem and got the work done as soon as they got the part. Curt was very friendly, kept me well-informed the whole time, and did an excellent job. Highly recommend!"
"Guys were absolutely great. Kirk is amazing and so is Jesse. They checked two used cars for me and let me know what was really going on under the hood before i purchased them. To top it off, they did it all free of charge!! Allowed me to find a really good vehicle with very minimal issues to purchase! Got the dealership to agree to replace the issues and got a beautiful car to last me 8-10 years. I recommend these guys to everyone! Thank you very much Kirk!"
