"Got an expensive Optima battery for our Infiniti SUV. Didn’t have much of a choice. Had it for less than a year and came home after vacation and it wouldn’t start. Got a jump and took it back. One of the connectors was bad. They replaced it for free. The manager said he had the same battery for his RV and if I was going to spend so much money on a hefty battery like that and came back to them for help he would gladly take care of it for free. Nothing wrong with the battery. I was happy to pay for the connector and service. He wouldn’t hear of it. Great guy and service. Highly recommended."

"Derek and the crew always do a great job. The only shop where they will give you options to save some money. Does not have to be a “break the bank” repair! Not fun when your car needs repair. They are helpful and understanding."

"Interesting little business they got running here. I came in for an alignment, they didn’t want to perform the work because they claimed the tie rod ends were loose. He wanted to charge $160 for parts, $125 for labor, and $100 for the alignment. His trick was, he could do it right then and there, and he had financing! How cool. I declined, and ordered the parts myself. Replaced them. Upon inspection, along with a second opinion from my father who has been working on cars since he was 17, the tie rod ends were just fine. The boot was great too. Be wary of this place, just like all repair shops. Nothing is ever urgent and they will try to bleed as much money from you as they can. I will not be returning to get an alignment after “fixing” my tie rod ends myself. I do not recommend this place."

"Derrick & Jim were great. Called over the phone to see if they gave quotes over the phone for my 2018 Audi A4 brakes. Derrick gave me the quote for all 4 brakes & rotors which is cheaper than what the dealership quoted me. Their service is good, they took my car in without an appointment but it did take longer as others with appointments are attended first which is understandable. Also because they ran out of brake pads so they went to go get some more but I had time so not much of a bother to me. A small coffee machine inside as well. I was a bit hesitant since a lot of shops don't have many reviews of over 200 but do have high ratings nor do I see recent luxury cars as well. Lots of services as it's listed on their TV display right above. I trust them with my vehicle, I'd come here from now on for my next oil change & brake services. I suggest making an appointment, they have deals/savings on their website. Definitely telling people to come here for their car needs."
