"Rent a center is very easy to work with!"
"My washer was dropped off of the cart as soon as the delivery guys brought it into the building. There is now a dent in the top of my washer and scratches down the front of the washer. The delivery guys wasn’t even going to tell me they dropped my washer and the workers that are renovating my house informed me about it and said the delivery guys told them it was fine. And the workers renovating my house came and got me and told me what happened and when I asked the delivery guys they said it seemed that the leg on the bottom of the washer must have been broken and that’s why it wasn’t stable on the cart and why it fell. However this is supposed to be a new washer and dryer set so there is no reason why the leg should be broken! I’m not happy about this situation and I don’t even want the washer and dryer now."
