"I bought a couch from Fremont's Odd Lots. It took over an hour for the employees to figure out how to get it out of the store and then 2 employees helped load it into my truck and they broke part of it. I asked if a discount could be given due to the circumstances and was told no. I asked for a manager and one of the 2 employees who did the damage said she was a manager. Terrible customer service!!!"
