"So I put in an application about a week ago. All of my references have been contacted came back good, I’m sure. They haven’t been able to speak to my landlord which 3 people have already confirmed where I live. They neglected to call my place of employment, like they said they would. I’ve been told on 3 different Occasions that I would know or be able to pick up what I wanted to rent. Still being told I’m not ready. So when I said I’d go somewhere else they didn’t care at all. Asked for the corporate number was spoken to with nothing but attitude and then hung up on. I’d say they are trying to act professional about there jobs then prove that they are very unprofessional by their actions. I feel like I’ve been treated very poorly and unfairly. I’ve never once said one curse word or gotten out of control about my tone of voice or the words I’ve chosen to use. In fact the only negative thing I’ve said to them was “ I’ll just go somewhere else “ and this is how I’m treated? Let’s see if upper management treats there customers any differently."
