"If u plan on checking ppl walking out the store at least make sure to check everyone not just a mexican and elderly black guy. Then made us feel like we stole something. We was the only ones checked out as a lady with a filled cart she was told have a good day along with other (white) ppl. I didn't know colors mattered. Then proceeded to ask me if I made sure the sprite was on the receipt lol. Check cameras it happen today. 02/01/2024. Market area exit. Please make sure to train the employees properly."
"Found what I was looking for but some horrible customer left their garbage in the parking lot which I didn't see and ran over, flattening my tire. Wasted many more hours dealing with that, but my son got the mask he wanted so it was a win? No. No, it wasn't a win."
"95% of the time I am never even acknowledged when I enter this store. Tonight I was greeted with “You have one hour and ten minutes to shop.” Okay, that’s quite a bit of time. I have worked in retail for many years. We were never allowed to say that to a customer unless we were closing in 5 minutes. I was out in 26 minutes btw. But I stood at the locked fragrance display case for 10 of those minutes. I kept hitting the help button which stated an associate was on their way. Associate never came. I had to track down a young man working who said he would send someone. When she finally came and unlocked the case, I told her I had pushed the button numerous times and waited quite some time, she didn’t respond at all. Nothing. No apology, nothing. Do better! Abysmal customer service. If you want your customers out quickly, maybe help them????"
