"If I could give an even lower star I definitely would! My mother went to pick up a prescription that was dropped off yesterday morning, to be met with not only a nasty pharmacy tech but an even nastier pharmacist. If a person cannot even talk and treat people with respect, they sure as hell don’t need to be tasked with working with the public on health related situations. We will be moving pharmacies."
"I chose Rite Aid pharmacy by happenstance. I went to my pharmacy a hour and 15 minutes before closing, due to working late, and the pharmacist wouldn't fill my prescription. I called one pharmacy and drove to another and both were closed. Rite Aid was my last hope. The associate greeted me promptly, and even though it was an hour before closing, she said she could fill my prescription with no problem! She even had it ready in 20 minutes. The store was very clean and well kept and all associates were pleasant. No one ever made you feel rushed as is sometimes custom in other stores when there is one hour to closing. Will definitely return!"
