"Ordered a gallon of paint online for same day pickup. Go in to pick up and stood at customer service desk for almost 10 minutes before I was even able to tell associate why I was standing there. I had to wait until returns were done for the people ahead of me. Second time this happened. The blue boxes for customer pickup are a joke. Especially if the product you ordered is not in the blue boxes. Maybe Lowe's should take a look at what Home Depot is doing right. If Home Depot was in Fremont, I would never step foot in Lowe's again."
