Valvoline Instant Oil Change

"Rarely have them do oil changes on my vehicles since the price is a little high for just a drain and fill but I have taken multiple vehicles here for other fluid changes like coolant and transmission and never had any issues. Reason I like coming here is because the machine they use for transmission fluid exchanges just sucks old fluid out through the dipstick or fill/vent port, very gentle process no risk of damage and you get roughly %85-90 of the old fluid out. Done this service on multiple vehicles with various mileage never had a trans fail or perform bad after this service. Reason for four stars is they tend to be messy not a huge deal but I do like a clean engine bay I also have to tell the employee on the next visit in a NICE AND PROFESSIONAL (don’t be a karen) manner to not clean the hood with papertowels since that did put some micro scratches in my paint. To management; please inform your employees to use microfiber towels to clean paint or ask the customer if they want the hood cleaned. While these scratches will come out with a machine polish it’s better if they never happened in the first place."

"They work quickly, they don't push you for extra stuff, simply let you k iw what recommended if you don't want it that's it...only place I go for oil changes...and the peeps at the Navarre store are professional but still funny to listen to while working"

"DO NOT get your oil changed here!! I came here several months ago for an oil change because my usual place was closed early three days in a row. I ran here to get an oil change instead. I went back to my normal place yesterday for my new oil change and they tried for a half hour to get the plug Valvoline used off my car and couldn’t get it off. They had to refund me because I couldn’t get an oil change and recommended I go to Midas where they might be able to get it off or will have to weld something on to get it off. It costs $78 for an oil change at my usual place while at Valvoline it’s over $100 and you have to sit through multiple questions for other services you’ve already said you don’t want because you’re only there for oil. I’ll never go back here and it’s apparently a common problem with them doing this with the plugs. Don’t waste your hard earned money on this place or you will regret it. They will mess up your car and you will have to pay for it later."

"I was there for over an hour and a half waiting patiently. I didn't get upset until they focused more on talking with one another and to the lady in the next car over. She was there for about 25 minutes less than me in waiting, but they were much more focused on her vehicle. I gave 2 stars instead of one because in the past service was excellent."

"The staff is pleasant and willing to listen, but they are young and a bit scatter brained. I left the Oregon store knowing I needed to take a second look at my truck purely based on the tech screaming from under my truck that the oil was overflowing and they should let me know of a small chance of a drip spot after the change on the fill side of the motor. This was the 1st of three different issues. They over inflated my rear tires by 10lbs and took 10lbs of air out of the front, causing them to be 10lbs under. I asked the tech to make sure the filter was tight as the last 2 times it was loose and leaked oil. Well, this place let me down 3 times. The filter was loose, and oil leaked so badly I had to remove the skid plate and take it to the car wash to get all the oil off. I will not return and caution all that want to take a chance on this place."
