"We didn't choose to take our car here for starters. And let me just say, the car was fixed and hasn't had any problems. But when we went to pick it up, it was unlocked (sitting in the parking lot all weekend). They claimed they left the keys inside, but we couldn't find them so they had to search the shop for them. The inside of the car smelled so bad we had to get it detailed. And they didn't wear booties or put mats down so there was mud everywhere. Oh and two tires were low and the light was on when we picked it up. Easy fix, but something they should have done. But I guess the car was fixed as promised."
