"Terrible customer service. Have had customer service problems almost every time I go for an oil change. They did oil change but would not do a tire rotation despite being the only vehicle in the shop. They should just close down the tire shop because they always close early or won’t complete the service requested."
"You get what you pay for. They broke a transmission oil cooler line during an oil change. Take notice of the other reviewer who said Walmart Auto broke their skid plate. Now I have to go to a dealership for the special tools and parts required for the job. It'll be another 2-3 weeks before that issue can be addressed, and I'll be out another $500 - $700 thanks to them. Not counting the debts incurred by however I'll manage to commute to work in the meantime."
"After some slight delays, they did a wonderful job. And my Goodyear tires are awesome!!! I trust these guys and Brayden (I think) went above and beyond to satisfy me. Big thanks to him!"
