"I scheduled an appointment for Gel X nails and I was a new customer. They called the day before and asked if they could reschedule as someone was out ill. When schedules couldn’t align the young man said, “you know don’t worry, come in when you’re scheduled.” I arrived to a fairly quiet salon with a few clients. I was welcomed into the beautiful space and helped instantly. Soon two parties came in and all of a sudden Tracy (owner) and her staff were helping us all as a well orchestrated team. Everyone was very friendly and courteous and my nails turned out beautifully! I never felt rushed or squeezed in and guest and staff were all chatting together. What a wonderful experience! I highly recommend!"

"1. Made me feel bad about my feet having a lot of callous build up. (I’m a new mom and haven’t had time to get a pedicure…sorry?) 2. $70 for a mediocre gel pedicure that wasn’t sealed properly so it lifted off in two days. 3. Insisted I use the ATM to pull out more cash instead of them running my card themselves when they have a sign that says they can. Won’t be back. Two stars because my callouses are gone I guess?"

"On October 22, 2023, my boyfriend and I went to Mer De Vie Nail Spa for pedicures. I scheduled the pedicures for 4:00 P.M. and arrived a few minutes before. The man at the front desk informed us there were only 2 people available. While one of the staff was giving my boyfriend a pedicure, they cut my boyfriend’s skin above the bottom of the feet on the side of both feet. There’s no reason to have the callus remover that far up from the heel and an experienced nail tech would know this except the staff member who completed the pedicure was inexperienced. The sides of both feet were cut and were bleeding. The staff member ignored the fact that my boyfriend’s feet were cut and bleeding. To make matters worse, the staff member put some chemicals used for callus treatment on the cuts. I didn’t realize the severity of the injuries the staff member caused until I saw my boyfriend’s feet and the deep gashes that look infected that the staff member caused. I WILL NOT BE going to the business EVER AGAIN. BEWARE"

"Beautiful Salon, but the worst manicure I’ve ever had. My nail technician was an older man and he was really rough and it was not relaxing at all. My cuticles were so sore after. I’ve never had anyone file my skin to get the dip off that was over painted. Or take his own nails to try and pick it off. I had pedicure first which was fine, but why didn’t they have my finger nails soaking to take off my current dip. Instead he used the hardest metal tip on the nail drill to remove most of my polish. My finger nails hurt afterwards. I put anabiotic cream on my cuticles before going to bed just as a precaution, since they were so tore up. The next morning my cuticles are still very sore. Not to mention my nails look terrible."

"The service I received yesterday was absolutely marvelous! Kayla and Tracy made sure I had the most relaxing and enjoyable experience. They are very friendly and truly get to know their new clients. I’ve never been so happy with my nails and experience. I will definitely be returning for my next pampering day!!"
